Pyramid workout: do 5 rounds
In the first round, 5 reps
In the second round, 10 reps
In the third round, 15 reps
In the fourth round, 10 reps
In the sixth round: 5 reps

Split squat jumps (5/10/15 each leg, not total)
One leg lunge (5/10/15 each leg, not total)
Push ups/Superman push ups
Skaters (5/10/15 each leg, not total)
