10 Minutes: Do as many rounds as possible

1 round consists of:
10 Bicep Curl, Shoulder Press
30 Mountain Climbers on Medicine Ball
10 Sumo Deadlift and High Pull
5 Competition Burpees

Equipment: Dumbbells, Medicine Ball, Kettlebell

Try to beat Zuzka: She did 1 burpee short of 4 rounds
